Cancellation

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to our returns policy detailed below.

Returns

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if an item is right for you. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at service@quibikey.com within this time frame to initiate the return process.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Process: To start a return, you can contact us at service@quibikey.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We only cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Shipping

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

For Domestic Orders: We are pleased to offer free returns via mail for all domestic online orders. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we're here to assist you in finding a better match. Our Return Policy in Detail

Warranty and Liability Limitations
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for six months from the original purchase date, when bought through authorized channels. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product and does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Consumer Protection
This warranty complements any rights and remedies provided under consumer laws in your jurisdiction. Where consumer law limits or prohibits the exclusion of implied warranties or liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
